We are looking for the following trainees for this location on April 1st, 2022 and August 1st, 2022:

Dual study
We are now looking for those interested in the dual degree program for this location
"Culinary Management".
In the Culinary Management dual study course, you will learn what you need to have a career in the hotel and catering industry or the food industry. Beyond the craft of cooking, you deal with questions such as
"What goes into a good gastronomy concept?"
or
"What role do economic issues play in this?". The contents of your studies range from the basics of business administration to kitchen technology and quality management as well as hygiene and nutrition to marketing and personnel management. During your dual degree in gastronomy, you will also gain important professional experience.
Entry qualification
At this location we now offer two places for an entry qualification.
An introductory qualification is an internship subject to social security contributions. It is intended to prepare young people and young adults who have already decided on a specific profession for an apprenticeship. In the company, they are introduced to the relevant training content and can put their skills to the test.
Such an internship lasts between six and twelve months and can be shortened if you develop well.
The participants get a fee.
